Refund Policy

Bates Math is free to use. We do not offer checkout or take payments, so there is no Bates Math purchase to refund.

If a charge appears to be connected to Bates Math, contact the developer at lagodaoleg1357@gmail.com. Include the date, amount, merchant name as shown on your statement, and a receipt if you have one. Do not email a full payment card number.

We will investigate the charge and explain the available next steps. Your payment provider can also help you dispute an unauthorized charge.

Before accepting a payment, we will publish the price, billing terms, cancellation process, and refund rules at checkout and update this policy.

For account and data requests, see Data Deletion Requests. The Charges page describes the current free service.
