Data Deletion Requests

Sign in, open Settings → General → Danger zone, and choose “Delete account.” Confirm the request in the form. This permanently removes your account and linked learning records. The action cannot be undone.

Sign in to delete your account

If you cannot sign in, email lagodaoleg1357@gmail.com with the subject “Bates Math data deletion request.” Send it from the address associated with your account if possible. We may need to verify that you control the account before deleting its data. Please do not send a password or sensitive identity documents in the first email.

You may also ask to access or correct data we hold about you. We will respond to requests according to applicable law.

Deleting the account removes its Supabase authentication record and student-owned database rows, including profile, attempts, progress, achievements, and league membership. Browser-only tutor conversations on the device where you delete the account are cleared by the deletion flow. On other devices, clear this site's browser storage to remove local copies.

Operational logs and records held by service providers may remain for a limited period under their retention schedules or where the law requires it. See the Privacy Policy for details.

Bates Math does not offer accounts to children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 provided personal information, contact lagodaoleg1357@gmail.com so we can verify the request and remove the account.
